The Mahoning Valley Dahlia Society (MVDS) is a group of dahlia enthusiasts in the greater Youngstown, Ohio area. We exist to encourage interest in the cultivation of the dahlia, to work toward a better understanding of the dahlia, to increase public awareness of the dahlia, and to have FUN!
Meetings
We meet at Boardman Park, 375 Boardman-Poland Rd. Boardman, Ohio 44512. See our meeting schedule. If you love dahlias, join us! Next meeting March 12, 2023.
Dahlia Tuber Sale
Our 2023 tuber sale - May 21, 2023, at the park (Georgeanna Parker Activity Center). 1-3 pm. All are welcome!
Dahlia Flower Show
The 2023 MVDS show will be August 26-27 at the park (setup Friday 8/25). See other shows.

Other Activities
We have a picnic each summer and a harvest celebration in the fall. Members will receive information regarding these events.
